Everybody's experience with yoga is different.

My goal is to combine traditional yogic principles that have been used in history into our daily lives and make them flexible enough to reflect who we are authentically.


It is too easy to talk ourselves away from things and visualize our own barriers better than we can visualize ourselves in success.

I welcome you here and I share this space with you to show you we are present, we are peaceful, we have patience, we are resilient, and we can have our own balance.
